I was a little sceptical that it would clean as well as my front load washer, but I was proven wrong. It's easy to setup and use, although I do recommend getting a filter for the hose if you are going to drain into a sink or shower. The spin dryer does a good job at getting most of the water out of the clothes. It still takes several hours for the clothes to dry, mostly because I hang them in the house. My only con is that the tub bows when the washer is running, I'm not sure how much this is going to affect the durability of the tub. All in all it's a lot of bang for a small price tag....all it needs are some wheels.

I have been dying to get this item because of the large capacity. I saw 2 video reviews of this model and similar models. The videos are all very positive and nice, however, I don't think they discussed the other side of the coin. You cannot walk away from this machine unless you have the drainage hose fixed to something. I hang mine over the bathtub and the water pressure made the hose fall over the edge and water spilled everywhere. Maybe I'll get a command hook or something. It is also a big unit, I know the measurements are listed on the description but for god's sake measure the area you want it in as well! Also, you have to fill it with faucet water. So if you like trying to take care of multiple things at once or you get distracted and forget things are on, this is kind of a time eater. If your water pressure is not good then it will take a long time to fill (and fill again for your rinse). If you don't have a dryer or sufficient places to hang dry, this unit is not cool to do all of your laundry at once. Small batches! The spin-dry tub must me balanced or the suction will not work well, and there is a VERY loud knocking noise. If your sink has a drain sieve, you should be fine, but the lint catcher in the unit is, like, useless. I have a dog, so it gets pretty hairy. Gross. You cannot spin dry and wash at the same time. The entire unit drains, not by the individual compartment. The positive parts: You can drain and spin dry at the same time If you do load the spinner correctly, it actually does a great job sucking out almost all of the excess water. Keep in mind it is not an actual dryer. The washer tub is awesome. I do feel that I have cleaner clothes than washing at a laundromat. If you do a wash cycle, it is recommended to spin dry and then rinse. This way, a lot of the suds and grossness are drained. So yeah, I like this item! I guess I expected something else when I watched those review videos. For the price and seeing the performance, I think this was a good purchase.Read full review

This washing machine is Perfect. It. Cleans the clothes very well. Oh and the Spin Dryer. I gotta say is the Best. I put them in my apartment size dryer and my clothes are done drying in 20 minutes. As for Towels wash them separately from other clothes so it doesn't get tangle up. And I also recommend you buy yourself garment bags for your delicate clothes. And I give this Portable Washer/SpinDryer 9 Star's. I have used different types of washing machine and by far this is even better than the top selling haier brand. Cons you shouldn't use straight hot water. Majority of this washer tub is plastic. Adjust your temperature. In the booklet that's provided with the Della washing machine. The words are small to read I would suggest that you scan to your computer. So your able to adjust the font size. Also if it had a metal drum it would get 10 stars. I would pay a little more for a metal drum. Or something other than plastic. But for now I'm in love with my Della Washing Machine. I hope this helps with your buying decision. It's worth it. And by far better than using the public washing machine. Also Recommend you get a adapter for your sink faucet because it doesn't come with it. Only inlet hoses 2 of them and a plumber tape. Packing from the company is one of the best I have seen so far. Enjoy have fun and don't use to much Soap.Read full review

I'm very happy with the washer/ spinner. I don't normally generate a great deal of laundry, so it's size is fine for me. It's quick, so you can do multiple washes in a short time. The only drawback for some, is that the water feeder hose does not seem too small to fit on any faucet I know of. I had thought I'd need to find some some of replacement, but as I installed it in my basement where my there was the old feeder hose, which I simply drape into the basin and fill it that way. There is no rinse cycle, but it's quick to refill with water for a non-soap wash if needed. The spinner IS smaller. needing two spins at least for a full load of wet wash. And if the clothes aren't loaded evenly, it will shake for ten seconds or so until the load redistributes. The shaking can cause this lightweight unit to move, but I had the same problem with my old large washer, and expect to find bracing for it. The spinner IS efficient, squeezing out more water, it seems, than my old washer did.Read full review

Good capacity, great washing action. Uses very little laundry detergent like a super high efficiency machine. The water inlets are on the back of the machine whereas others have them on top. Having them on top is a better design. When they are in the back, water tends to leak due to gravity and the flimsy hose which is far from water tight. Nothing major but expect a few drops on the floor. Filling the wash tub takes forever. If you have a 5 gallon bucket, filling it in the shower and then dumping it into the washer would be much faster. I just do it the intended way and multitask while it's filling. PRO TIP: Because it takes so long to fill, I generally wash my whites first since they won't bleed and reuse the water for subsequent loads. PRO TIP: Rinsing is done in the spinner. The manual doesn't cover this but all you do is connect the water hose to the spinner side and let the faucet run for a minute or two while it's spinning. Turn off the water and let it spin another 2-3 minutes to dry. Easy peezy. PRO TIP: Don't overload! The clothes should be able agitate freely in the wash tub. If it has any trouble moving around, you either got too much clothes or too little water. In general, I don't fill past halfway and the water level should be above the clothes. PRO TIP: The drain hose is meant to hook onto a sink but the pump is a bit weak and definitely benefits from having the hose low, especially when it comes to draining out that last bit of water. I find it a bit loud. Having the lids closed cuts the noise some but it's not quiet. I live in an older building with thin walls and floors so maybe the vibrations are amplified. Having some sort of rubber mat underneath would help. The plastic lint filter is worthless. There are some models that come with mesh filters and they work much better. My advice is to visit your local dollar store, or Daiso if you have one nearby, and pickup the floating lint filters that you just drop in with your load. While you're there, get a mesh strainer for your sink but definitely get the floating one also since you want as little lint running thru the machine as possible. Other than that, it works well and is heaven sent if you live in a small space or don't have washer/dryer hookups. Don't expect the spinner to get your clothes completely dry. It's more like 70% dry and you hang dry the rest. Blowing a fan or space heater towards them helps if drying indoors. Running a dehumidifier at the same time, even more so. If drying outside, nothing to do other than let Mother Nature run its course.Read full review
