I installed the three fans in my ICX 7250P, and the noise monster was subdued. These fans are quieter. In addition, it is difficult to find the wiring schematics for the stock 3-wire fans. I received the quiet fans model FFB0412VHN-F00, and the ICX stock fans were FOXCONN PIA040H12P-F02-AB. The stock wire schematics are Yellow=12v, Black=Ground, and Green=Data/signal. The new fans' wire schematics are Red=12v, Black=Ground, and Blue=Data/Signal.

The fans themselves are great; significantly quieter than the stock fans. However, the attached cable is not long enough to reach the fan headers on an icx-7250 without 3-pin extension cables. These are cheap, but you will probably need some.

The fans work perfectly for ICX7250-48P - Recognized by the system with no errors, much more silent than the original ones. However, the fan cables are not long enough to reach the fan headers from the fan mounting points. I used Noctua 3-pin fan extension cables instead.
