It must have been a fake. it messed my computer up and was missing a lot of the control panel. Plus then options on icons sizes were huge or tiny. No way to set up the internet. I even reloaded it again, and no difference, no effect. I am totally disappointed with the outcome of the product. It did not do what I wanted it to do, which was return my laptop back to factory condition. Total a bad move.
