I really like this product. plug was a little bent when item arrived but it was easily fixed manually. one problem with an attachment. when you put the attachment on it's fine but when you pull it off, the magnetic piece stays on the blow dryer. you can pull the magnetic piece off and reattach it to the attachment, but you have to do this every time (see pictures 1 and 5). the other two attachments are fine. for those in Canada is a duty plus the admin. maybe this product was used once or twice?
