Shipment was missing a hard drive when shipped to me, which I was able to get a replacement for on Amazon. Seller responded quickly to me alerting them that the drive was missing and voluntarily offered a partial refund to comp the cost of the hard drive & for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. They arrived in a box and properly protected, although the advertisement says in relation to product conditions: OPEN BOX, the headphones had some scratches from use, and a type of glue on the earphone. Nothing that cannot be removed, I do recommend purchasing them for the price and conditions, they work without any problem.
