Works as well as the original recharger I had
I've used this recharger in the past and was very pleased with it. I use my tape recorder a lot during the week in my job. I've used Radio Shack rechargers too and found that, although they're cheaper in price, they do not last nearly as long as the Sony rechargers. I would recommend this for it's reliablity. Sony tape recorders can use batteries too, but the cost of batteries over time makes buying this recharger a must.I've used this recharger in the past and was very pleased with it.
