So yeah, I got a free laptop bag too! Unfortunately, the memory that came with this laptop was bad. I was surprised by how quickly I received this item. It was well packaged, and contained everything as listed in the post. I would have liked had they included a power cable, as Cisco has switched to a notched power cord which many people don't have. But I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase and the supplier.
