Fast shipping, packed well. Works 100%. There is a miscommunication in the listing. The item doesn’t stay in its bracket and that wasn’t disclosed even though seller claims it is. I’ve owned multiple of these items and know the terminology. They did offer a full refund to make it right , but ultimately I don’t have time for that and like I said I made it work and kept it. Other than that. They communicate quickly and I will continue to do business. In fact I just bought a 2nd item from them

    Problem with media player software.

    My biggest gripe is poweramp is not working that well but it may be the OS Android 9. It does not work well with my new galaxy a50 either. I have been trying since I got this and I have not found one media player app that works with this. this is a joke. I should have return this.
