Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Trombones
THe 6H is a great horn and has been usedf or many years as the standard of the Bflat tenor trombone, very similar to the King 3B. It's like comparing an IMpala SuperSport to aGran Prix or a Bonneville.. I have hadseveral post Elkhart 6H's and I've loved them. A very free blowing horn. You can't get hurt with a 6H!

This is a great horn. The previous owner took really good care of it and it looks almost new. The slide is excellent, and the sound is great. Really flexible, too--slots into all the partials really well. I highly recommend the seller to anyone. Nice patina to the lacquer, too. Although I'm primarily a piano player, I play 'bone in local bands on a regular basis, so I wanted a horn that would be a cool looking, but practical working horn. The 6H from the late 50's to early 60's is a much sought-after horn for jazz and this one really delivers.
A very nice vintage instrument made in the Elkhart factory and is much sort after, some work to be carried out but for the age is in good condition and plays well.. A good buy at a fair price. Keith Martin
