great replacement, easy, inexpensive, works like new

Trackpad works perfect, but the click button has to be pushed hard and only works if pressed in a certain location. Gets frustrating. Title of the ad says genuine, but obviously after receiving, its clearly not. Too bad

was able to replace to touchpad after original cracked and sharp edges were cutting my finger .. easy to pop out the old drop the new one in .. there is a little work to get it to stay "straight" while tightening the screws - make sure you check alignment BEFORE you screw back cover on ..

track pad replacement
Hello there! I recently bought a used 2010 Macbook Pro on Craigslist and the track pad had cracked due to the battery expanding. So I started looking for track pads/batteries. I looked at several replacement pads but wasn't impressed by peoples reviews. I found this one while looking on Ebay and I decided to give it a try. It took about 5 minutes to replace the track pad and battery on my Macbook Pro. I was anxious to turn it back on and see if it works.. It does! All of the 2/3 finger motions work super well and I've found no faults in using the track pad. CLicks good, zooms well, looks great and overall a great price!
