This is one impressive solid case. It looks identical to a composition notebook and has a small elastic pencil holder. There is a front pocket to store papers if needed and 3 leather strips that function as a stand for 3 possible positions. It has a magnetic closure which does keep the case closed even when holding it upside down. I purchased this for my 2021 9th generation 10.2 iPad and it fits perfect. The ipad slides into the case and has a velcro strip to hold it securely in place.
