Seller described the item as "Multi tool is in excellent gently used condition with no major signs of wear or use." and the picture of the tool looked brand new. The tool that was sent was covered in rust and missing the tweezers. I was refunded as soon as I called them out but it left me scrambling to find a replacement gift and I missed other opportunities while I thought I had it taken care of. They listed the reason for canceling as "issue with buyers shipping address" which was not the case

We received over 100 of these multi-tools in conditions ranging from brand new to used as you received. We correctly listed the multi-tool as Used. Generally if you see a stock photo, it should be considered brand new sealed. We will admit we used a stock photo for the used item. That was our mistake. We read between the lines in your cleverly crafted message and were happy to own up to the mistake of using a stock image on it. I know the resolution we reached was an amicable one. Thank You :)
