Looked online for this older product to go to a printer device I wanted to connect wirelessly. In research, this usb receiver was 2-3 times as expensive...even used! This brand new product was priced right, and even was delivered early! Downloaded driver online. Worked immediately. Only negative, is that this is larger than more updated wireless receivers are, so it sticks out by about 2” on the back of the unit. Minor complaint with all the good stuff.

HP Bluetooth adapter works as it should. If there is no other way to connect your wireless device than this works. I did not realize that Bluetooth was this slow. It takes several minutes for my android phone to send the picture to the printer, then it takes several more minutes for the print to begin. It does its' job, as the printer does print...however, I will be looking for a WiFi device.

It was a very good price and appeared new and complete. Everyone works as advertised, except I had to turn off the chime sound effects on the printer. It caused a lot of connection chimes whenever the computer waked up the printer. Minor issue really. Everything else great. Hp Photosmart 7200 series.

Certain printer models from HP require a bluetooth dongle in order to activate wireless printing. While not providing Wi-Fi print capability (nor scanning via Bluetooth—at least on OS X), this HP "official" bluetooth dongle does the job of enabling my HP Photosmart C5550 All-in-one printer with wireless printing capability, which is very convenient for my small apartment. If your printer has a "Bluetooth" menu item in its system configuration, yet selecting it doesn't bring up a menu, and takes you back to the main menu, you'll be required to purchase one of these bluetooth dongles and place it in the USB port on your printer. The downside is that this process necessarily uses up a USB "rectangle" port on the printer; if your printer has only one—as mine does—you'll be required to swap out the Bluetooth connectivity when printing from USB sticks.Read full review

Was looking for a solution to make my HP Officejet H470 bluetooth compatiable and this adapter does the trick! I plugged it in to the printer, detected the bluetooth device on my computer (Mac OS High Sierra) and successfully added it. Done! So quick and smooth. No disc required. Great solution and works a treat!
