Works perfectly after I installed it and used Logitech ConnectionUtility version 2.0.3 (Note: NOT the latest one the download defaults to!) to connect the mouse to the USB receiver.
Main mouse buttons (left, right, middle) seem to have the same pressure to actuate, and scrolling is also fine.

Board came used but that was expected. There were two defective components on the board. The lessen sensitivity index switch was non-functional and the optical sensor was non-functional. The rest of the buttons worked as they should. The ribbon cable socket also had one broken side on it but still functional. I contacted the seller and they stated it needed to be paired with the software. This was already done. Not sure if there is a language barrier there or not but itsdefective buttons/sensors
