The product is in good condition, my specific Cisco 2821 router seems to have actually been upgraded to a gig of ram. I am just getting into networking and havent spent a lot of time configuring this, as ive been focused on my switches, however it does seem like it wasnt wiped and set to default. This shouldnt be a huge issue tho and I definitely appreciate the documentation in the listing
