Had to download each program excel, word, powerpoint one at a time from Microsoft app store. Then had to link the license to each one easy once one knows that is the process but not as simple as loading from a disk or flash drive

Perhaps I was expecting too much, but I thought 2019 would automatically convert my 2007 Word files. It is a pain to have to convert them individually. Unless I am missing an easy shortcut, the added bells and whistles aren't worth the price of an upgrade.
