Was disappointed this item marked "New" but was not in it's original packaging. Would give 5 stars if the description has been more accurate. For the price (almost double what it cost in the parks) I was expecting original packaging. I did contact the seller who responded this is how they got it from Disney. The item looks legit otherwise. There was a small spot of peeling paint on one of the arms, which might have been because it was unboxed. The seller was very prompt in their response. TY

Hello, we are sorry that the item packaging did not meet your expectations. All character pens do not have any packaging at Disney parks. The pens are placed on a big rotating stand, with hundreds on pens on the built in pen holders. We always pick the best we can find but sometimes, we missed minor scratches. All items we sell are "new" from the parks. We do not sell used items, and if we do, we will say so in descriptions. Thanks for your feedback and we will revise our item descriptions.
