Installation was difficult; I ended up having to call support (support people were great.) No installation disk, no manual, even on disk. Most difficult install process I have run into in 40 years. The print quality is quite good. Cartridges are expensive and I do not know if I will be able to use after market cartridges. You can only scan paper because it is sheet feed, e.g. I couldn't scan my driver's license or a page from a book or magazine. This is partially on me as I should have done better research before buying. Truly helpful software is non-existent. All-in-all it's just OK.
