Impressed. Battery was genuine and extremely inexpensive compared to buying straight from Dell. They were selling just the battery at $140+. Hell no. $20 for a genuine, BRAND NEW battery? I’ll take it! Packaging was good. I personally would’ve preferred more protection around the hardware, but definitely secure enough to get it to its destination.

After fully charging the battery, this battery goes dead a lot faster than the original battery did. The quality (ampacity) of this battery doesn't appear as the original OEM battery.

It certainly doesn't give you 4 hrs like an original but 2hr 45 min is definitely better than a lifeless dead battery. It was also an exact fit, just snapped in place like the original. I previously bought one from another supplier and it did not fit flush, died after first charge and had to be returned. This is pretty good for the price.

I purchased this battery as the battery I had was good for about 1 min unplugged from power source. I have used it for sometime now and found it to be an acceptable replacement. I have not timed it to see how long it holds a charge but it has served me well. My computer is about 7-10 years old and is time to purchase a new . This battery will give me a bit more time and I may keep it for some work as it is working now. I have used this old machine so much there is an indent on the left button near the pad.
