Buyer received a full refund, but this was a poor experience I apologized for and hope won't happen again - two large items seem to have been mixed up and both were going to the same state, so when I realized the issue I proactively reached out to the buyer to ask if they wanted a refund or if they could wait for me to sort the shipping (at my expense). Initially, buyer wanted the item but changed to requesting a refund. Sorry for the bad experience.
