Received item(momentum camera) in “new” packaging condition. Would not pair. Contacted momentum. They explained that my “new” camera was refurbished, outdated, and useless. The seller said they would give me 1/2 my money back per the eBay policy, because my returning package isn't “new” anymore. They did not care at all that what they sold me was not new, would not work, was useless. That kind of customer service is not what I expect. Buyers beware.

this is the worst seller I ever met....they send me twice the items with a lot of defects, and they claimed that I was aware of the state of the items...but in the description they would not say nothing about the defects, such a broken display, bios locked... but this time they send me fromt eh 3 laptops core i7 that we ordered one is a core i5...and they said that I was informed about this situation...and now they not want to partially refund me for they errors..please be aware of this seller..

Even though the price was fantastic, the computer (MP6) had an unexpected flaw (firmware lock) and i ended up returning it. The seller communication was great and the return process was free, quick, and flawless. Even though i did not end up keeping the item, i still liked the seller's professionalism. Maybe more detailed testing before listing items would help but is hard to do that wholesale and still provide a good price.
