40mm USB MULTIFAN shipped in its own padded box inside of a larger, well-padded shipping box. Shipped via UPS, arrived 9 days after order date. Fan came with instructions, speed/off selector, long connector cords, all very nice. The fan itself is surprisingly noisy, even on the lowest speed setting. I'll repurpose it where noise isn't an issue.
