I recently bought a laptop from this seller, and it was a disappointing experience. The laptop arrived without the original charger, which was frustrating. Shipping took forever and their tracking information was misleading. Communication with the vendor was poor; they took ages to respond and offered little help. Not a great buying experience overall.

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Seller created label after receiving payment but did not ship. When asked a week after purchase when the item would ship, seller provided a vague response that they’d look into it and respond. No response from seller. Ended up having to open a case with eBay so the seller couldn’t enjoy an interest-free loan before eventually having to refund me. STAY AWAY!
