Initially went well, seller worked with me to send a replacement battery for the defective one. When the second one was defective their support was repetitive and even upon sending detailed analytics about the battery they REFUSED to refund me after sending the item back. After contacting eBay, the Money Back Guarantee got me my money back. Avoid this seller at all costs!
