I wasn't sure what to expect with a refurbished printer, but I'm thrilled with how well it's performing. The setup made me a bit nervous, but it all came together and looked like a brand new unit. Just make sure to tighten the nuts under the plate - mine was a bit loose which caused some hassle, but now it's working beautifully. I've been confident enough to leave it going overnight with some large and detailed prints. I absolutely love this printer!

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.

I 3 refurbs! Packed well in a factory box and shipped quickly. Factory checked over, and it all works out of the box. Very little tweaking and it makes good prints. Plus full warranty!
