Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but it was Christmas time, and I can't put that on the seller. The item was well packed and I'm very happy! As for the actual printer, there is a Youtube video that's about 50 minutes long that tells you exactly how to level the bed. It's NOT in the instructions, and it took a while to get the offset configured. So the instructions could benefit from the Youtube video, (watch?v=vaDvZqpQ_t8)
