Because it didn't work when I got it you turn it on and it won't get past the updates so it won't come on because they set it back to factory and that ruined it so I'm trying to see if I can find somebody to put a new operating system on it

I am very disappointed in this seller, I spent $300 on a asset that arrived severly damaged. I contacted the seller and explained how his product did not match the description and all he said was "if was fine when I shipped it" the product was in the origional box and the box wrapped in construction paper only!
the item was fragile and should have been placed in an extra box labeled fragile and filled with bubble wrap or something to secure the package from damage during shipping,
