Thank you for your interest in our equipment. This Machine starts and runs, but transmission is slipping and it doesn\'t have much in the way of steering. Blade operates as it should and the pto works nicely. We are selling this machine AS IS!!! Our business hours are 8-5 Monday thru Friday, Saturdays will be by appointment only!
Sales TaxPA and MDbuyers are subject to sales tax unless you can provide a valid PA or MD Sales tax exemption. We are required by law tocollect this in both states because we carry a resale certificate in both PA and MD. Other 48 States we charge PA sales tax only if item is picked up at our location personally. If any outside trucking company or one of our Kurtz Trading trucks hauls the machine to your out of state location this makes item exempt for us to charge you out of state sales tax.
