This is for alovely vintage compact by Kigu of England in the form of a basket. The gilt metal has a weave design and the hinged lid has its original silver flower decoration with a pearl in the centre. It has the original swing handle and inside the mirror is on the underside of the lid. It has the tray marked 'Kigu, Bouguet, reg des, made in England' and it is in excellent condition. It measures 52mm (2")in diameter and is 33mm (1.25")tall.
