This helmet does have some signs of its age, but it is in Good solid condition. It is size 7 1/8, and includes the chinstrap. It looks there are three different decorations for the top of the hat. You have the gold colored metal with the tan button (I feel like there should be something more there because parts of the plate are left exposed), the silver cap with the spike, or the ostrich feathers. I am assuming that they are ostrich feathers. The feathers are shaped a bit like the card tube that they have been stored in. I think that with a little air and coaxing they could easily be made to have a more natural drape. There are four other pieces in this lot. There is a gold colored pin that reads Supreme Lodge, 1888. There is a lone epaulet. There is a K of P souvenir pin from 1888 Cincinnati. It seems strange to me that there is no clasp-it is just the triangle with a two inch pin. The last piece is the Allentown Penna ribbon. There is a spot of damage above the word Division, and it is not as clean as it once was.
