Payment is expected within 5 business days. If there is a reason that you need longer just let us know. That will prevent us from escalating through the processes.
If you are purchasing multiple items and expect a combined shipping discount, please do not pay until you receive an invoice from us. This will typically be sent when a set of like items (dinnerware pattern for example) completes for the day.
Shipping
Packages are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and most times are shipped out within 24 hours! Every package is sent with full insurance.
IF YOU PAY WITH PAYPAL: We can only and will only ship to the address on your Paypal payment.
US Buyers: Shipping costs for most items can be determined by the shipping calculator in the sale and are shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Any item that sells for over $250 must be sent with signature required. We exclusively use the postal service and would prefer not to use a different carrier.
International buyers: Please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning buyer is responsible for shipping & customs charges. We WILL NOT falsify customs forms. This is considered illegal per ?s policies. If you have questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.
If you win more than one sale in which the items can safely be shipped together, we will send you a combined invoice. Please do not pay before receiving that combined invoice.
Terms of Sale
Returns are accepted for items significantly not as described.Restocking fees will apply to buyers who simply decide they no longer want the item. The items we sell are all pre-owned and may have normal wear associated with the age of the items. I try to bring attention to all damage and defects. All insurance claims for damage must be made within 15 days of delivery.
