Offering this Beautiful large Black Forest, hand carved Chamois, Abex, wood shelf, made in the fourth quarter of the 19th Century. The piece measures aprox. 14\" tall x 13 3/4\" wide x 9 1/2\" deep. This shelf was Hand Carved from Lindenwood by a Master Swiss Artisan; that\'s evident in its very fine Detail and Realistic Features, given to the Ibex Chamois head. The mounted head is surrounded by Oak Leaves and clusters of Acorns, attached to a carved Log that supports the top of the shelf.
