It is fully hallmarked for solid English sterling silver London 1939 with the makers mark JSS and as the weight shows is fabricated from a good thick gauge of silver with a simple shaped boarder and handles. It is in good antique condition with light use surface scratches as expected and has never been engraved or erased.
