Large early Native Apache Basket Tray. Measures 11 1/2\" across x 2\" high. It has a bold and interesting design, featuring staggered arrows and possibly wing elements with red polychrome included. It has a nice rich patina, with a tight 16 stitches per inch, and is in great condition with no visible damage. Some of the rim stitches appear to have been restored. It comes from a smoke free environment and dates to the late 1880\'s - a great visual basket.
