Double lever, all matching numbers, steel base and aluminum rings and 3 original mounting screws, has provision for two dowel pins if required
Would have been used on a No4 deer shooting here in the 1950s.
Some link them to Parker Hale, but absence of any Parker Hale branding means PH didn't have much to do with them except possible retail sales. Akah is another possibility, but their mounts are much rounder and have a european sporter look to them, this has more the US Griffen & Howe squareness of shape, anyway it is what it is is, exceptionally well made quick detach type mount, that would have been an expensive item in its day.
Use to make a sporter, or a tribute sniper, as its has a similar look to the No4 TP mount that that Long Branch experimented with (but not exactly obviously, before I get set upon by the Enfield weird beards)
