Here is a Madame Alexander Cissy Doll for your consideration.

Cissy is a hard plastic doll with vinyl arms and is jointed at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. She stands about 20 inches high.

This Cissy is the earlier version from the mid fifties with the painted facial features. I believe her face paint is original. She has pretty green and gold eyes. She has finely painted brows and lower lashes and thick full brush eyelashes with a few missing in the middle of her left eye. This is not noticeable when her eyes are open. Her cheek blush is vibrant and her lips are bubblegum pink.

Cissy\'s body is in very good condition. I see only minimal marks here and there that you would expect to see on a gently played with doll and the usual joint rubs in her crotch area. Cissy\'s face and arms are darker than the rest of her body. Her knees retain a nice blush.

There is a split at her left knee and another within the body cavity of her left hip. As far as her stringing is concerned, her arms and legs are secure but her head is wobbly front to back (stable side to side). She will hold a pose

Cissy has dark brown hair with lots of curl. The original space bar is in place. I pulled her hair back into a low ponytail and added a pink ribbon. There are little holes in her earlobes for earrings.

To sum up, Cissy does have some issues but she is still lovely!
