Your order will arrive based on the shipping service selected at checkout. All items are shipped from Ohio.

All effort is made to process and ship orders within 24 hours of payment. If an sale offers expedited shipping rates for 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air your order will leave the same day if confirmed payment has been received by Noon Eastern Standard Time.

When upgraded shipping is chosen, each item purchased will receive a separate shipping charge.

30-Day Limited WarrantyIf an item does not function properly or is different from the description, please contact us via Messages within 30 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. Exchanges/refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to the warehouse and inspected. Please allow 5 additional business days for payment to be refunded on returns once the item has been received.
