Item is one 2-56 carbon steel machine screw thread tap. This tap cuts threads that many of the screws I have listed will thread into. It requires a 0.070 inch hole to be drilled into which the threads are cut. This can be drilled with a #50 drill bit sold separately. 2-56 screws are commonly used on model trains and a tap such as this is an indispensable tool in working on them.
All items are inspected to ensure that they ship in working order ready to use. Any damage or wear outside of that which comes from normal usage is noted above in the description. Photos are of the actual item for sale, or if more than one is available, representative of any of them.
