In the 50\'s and 60\'s my mother, sister and I would goarrowhead & pottery shard hunting on the Blue River in the White Mountainsof Arizona. Besides fishing it was one of our favorite pass times.We would find beads in the huge ant hills which was challenging as youcould only look for a few minutes before the big red ants got mad.

At that time, pottery was scattered all over theground. We looked for detailed piecesand they were plentiful. The designs in these are incredible.

Never found a whole bowl as you had to dig for those and wenever did dig even though many people did at that time. Some of the homesteader families in that areahad amazing collections.

We are cleaning out the basement and getting rid of all the\"stuff\" we\'ve packed around for years. Hopefully someone willbe interested in these as we have more plus nice pottery shards.
