KIT CONTAINS:
- 6 egg dye tablets (Purple)
- 3 capsules of liquid egg dyes (Blue, Yellow, Purple)
- 1 art brush
- 1 pair of disposable gloves
How to decorate:
STEP 1. EGG DYING1. Cover your work area with paper towels or newspapers. Prepare hardboiled eggs andkeep them in hot water.
2. Mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water in a cup. Put 2 tablets in the cupand stir well to let the tablets dissolve. Add 2/3 cup of hot water.Hint:Use disposable paper or plastic tall cups which can hold hot water.
3. Dip the hot hardboiled egg into the dying mixture with a tablespoon. Keep the egg in liquidfor up to 2-5 minutes, turning occasionally so both sides get colour.
4. Carefully remove the egg and set aside to dry. Place another hardboiled egg into thecolour liquid.Hint:Use disposable plastic plates to dry the dying eggs.
STEP 2. ADDING GLITTER SHADES5. Take the coloured egg and dry wet areas (if any) with a tissue. While the egg is hot start tocolour it with liquid egg dyes to add glitter shades.Note:Only dry eggs should be covered by the liquid dyes, do not wash the art brush.
6. Take a capsule with the liquid dye and shake it well. Cut off the tip and place the capsulevertically in an empty cup or glass. Stir the liquid dye with the art brush.
7. Cover the egg by the liquid dye with the art brush. You will get the coloured egg with theglitter shade. Let the egg dry for 5-7 min.
Hint:The liquid glitter dye makes better layers and dries faster on hot eggs. Use disposableplastic plates to dry the dying eggs.
Before using the capsule with another colour, clean the art brush with a tissue, but do notwash it.CAUTION!Adult supervision is required!Avoid spills. This product may stain. Do not use aluminium caps for egg dying. Avoid colouringeggs near open re. Do not swallow the colour mixture, avoid contact with eyes.
