Problem is, you have to tension the chain becausevertical dropouts don’t allow you to pull the chain tight. So this isone of the ways you can do it.
Here’s how it works: It attaches to the same threaded hole that yourold derailleur attached to. Spring tension from the tensioner keepsthe chain tight and keeps the chain tracking on your sprocketappropriately.
