This evening\'s first sale offers for offers, a fabulous Nippon porcelain coralene beaded vase with gold handles and rim. The neck and base are ornately decorated with raised gold, white daisies in coralene beading and cobalt blue accents. The vintage vase measures 9 1/4\" tall and is excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. The Coralene beading is 90% intact. Their are three small spots of missing beading, that are not noticeable and do not detract from the overall appearance.(see close up photos). The stunning vase is decorated with a large pink and white coralene beaded morning glory flower and several pink & yellow buds. The yellow coralene branches and green stems, circle around to the back of the vase, with more pink buds and green leaves. A very ornate and beautiful design. The background colors shade from pale yellow to pink to brown. The vase stands on four pointed feet The top of the vase and the neck are also decorated with white coralene daisies over raised gold and cobalt blue accents. The design matches the base. Ornate Gold handles and rim are in near pristine condition, with hardly any gold wear at all. The base is stamped with the magenta 1909 patent mark, usually found on Nippon coralene items.
