Nippon Porcelain Incised Indian Chief Jeweled Powder Box
Selling here at sale, a scarce Nippon porcelain incised Indian chief portrait powder box, with raised moriage and enamel jewels decoration. The cover is finished with an incised Indian chief profile portrait. The powder box measures 3 1/4\" in diameter and 2 1/4\" high. The base is back stamped with the high quality green wreath mark #47. This item was made before 1935 (1890-1925) and is Japanese in origin.
