This little lamb flower frog is made by the North Dakota School of Minespottery. It stands 4-1/2 inches tall and is 5 inches long. It has 4 stem holes for mounting flowers behind it. I call the color a sea-foam green and it is verysimilar to colors used in american made potteryfromthe 1940s & 1950s IMO. The base is marked LIGHTFOOT and a artistsignaturethat looks like M. Coole or M. Cable ??? I can\'t tell for sure. I have not found thisfigureby this maker on line tocompareand details about this piece other then what I find can find on the maker. It has the under-glaze mark of UNIVERSITY OF NORTH DAKOTA Made At SCHOOL OF MINES N.D. Clay GRAND FORKS N.D. It is in wonderful condition from what I see with no chips, repairs or glaze scratches at all to be noted...Please ask all the questions you have. Thanks! Grant.
