3- We have a 14 dayreturn policy, if you are not 100% Satisfied you may return theitem for a refund of the item cost. If we have made an error The Itemmust be returned in the same condition asit was sent to you in, no parts removed or swapped out, same packaging and of course be the SAME ITEM we sent you.

If you return an item under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee the Buyer must pay for shipping unless Jamestown Trains has made an error. If we make a mistake we will of course pay for the shipping back to us. In any case: You must report any concern with an item within the first 14 days of receiving it.

5- Attention Ethically Challenged: We will press charges against you if you try to steal, scam or rip us off. Note: A Class D Felony is theft, extortion or damage to property of a minimum of $500. 6- We ship USPS on standard items and may us UPS on delicate or valuable items; If you wish to have a item shipped a particular way, send a note and we will get the shipping cost back to you ASAP.

7- We inspect every single train/item one last time before it is packaged and shipped to you. This includes10+ photographs, our listing and packing areas are under heavy HD video surveillance. We can well prove what we shipped you and its condition when it left us. If there is an issue, make sure the item you request to return for refund is the item we sent you and the damage was not caused by you. We have top rated customer service, but will not be extorted in any situation.

8- If there is an issue with the item upon our final inspection we will present you with options.

9- Please do not ask us to break up a bundled set or Factory Sets. Please DO NOT ask the reserve prices on sales.

Thank you for looking at our item. Our Train Grading using the TCA Scale is provided for your convenience ONLY. Like almost every other Train Seller on , our grading is not \"Official TCA\" Grading. C-9 and C-10 items ARE NEW if we represent them as such.

You will just be dealing with a return, and might not get your money back fromthebargain seller. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Service on Engines: Please factor in if an Engine or Train has been Fully Serviced when comparing pricing,a professional servicing adds performance, looks, value and life to the engine or train!A Full Service on an engine will cost you at least $55.00+ Parts if you get it done at an approved Service Station. Only Authorized Service Stations, OR ex-Techs from these shops work on our trains. We will produce proof of a Full Service of an engine upon request.

We Do Not Test Factory Sealed, NEW IN BOX or otherwise never opened before items. If a factory sealed, New In Box (NIB) item has an issue once you receive it contact us as soon as you discover the issue.Keep all packaging, re-pack train/item and we will tell you where to send it.Do not attempt to repair the item, as that will VOID any return policy.

***Payment and Shipping***

Payment must be made within 48 hours of winning an sale or buying an item.　If you need longer to pay please send us a message via with details - We are friendly and flexible within reason.　Please try to pay as soon as you win or buy so we can ship promptly.

We combine shipping on multiple items.The polices and rule changes have caused a lot of problems for multi-item buyers. Send us a note and we will work it out, you will be pleased with Jamestown Trains Multi-Item Shipping Prices.

Please do not stay away from offerding on/Buying one of our items due to the listed shipping fees being high or out of whack, we can most always work something out!

All of our items are packaged to safely survive at least a 10 foot fall onto concrete. We do not go cheap on packaging; We use a wide variety of shipping boxes andALWAYS use Bubble Wrap. The box on a large item might not be all that pretty, but be assured the item(s) inside is/are very safe and well protected.

Disclosure: We MAY add $1.00-$3.75 for shipping supplies to the actual cost of the postage, this is based on size and materials required.
