It is made of metal with a chrome finish and the handles are made of wood. On the identification plate, it\'s written \"Made only by Superior Electric Ltd. Pembroke, Canada CSA approval no. 136, No. 124H, 115 volts, 1760 watts\". It measures 13 inches long, 10 1/2 inches deep and 8 inches high. Now, as for the condition, I do not know if it works, I have not tried it since the cord is too old, but no elements seem broken inside.
