Fred Harvey era sterling silver Navajo squash blossom necklace consisting of a horseshoe shaped naja and three similar pendants on each side. Each element is sand cast and has a cross design extending down from the center. The central naja is slightly larger than the rest and there is a small blue natural turquoise stone set at the top. The necklace is tightly strung on sturdy cord with 72 approximately 7mm diameter globular HANDMADE silver beads and is finished with a simple hand crafted hook and eye clasp.
Very good quality and condition. Unsigned, as is typical of jewelry of this era – ca. 1940’s. This attractive necklace was acquired at the estate sale of well known deceased actor and comedian DOM DELUISE. A copy of this provenance will be forwarded along with the necklace to the lucky high buyer. Reasonable starting price.
