This sale is for a very neat old General Pershing Patriot War Saving Stamps small cardboard or heavy paper pin. This unique pin looks just like the big posters only it is about 1 1/8 inches tall. It has a small pin bent to stick to your clothing. This pin was made by and is marked on the back by GERGHTY & Co. This company made buttons, badges, and other advertising novelties in Chicago. I have seen posters but I have never seen these. They are very delicate and probably didn’t last very long so they must be kinda hard to come at the least. This pin is a bit toned and speckled staining. Still a neat display piece for your war bond and stamp collectors.
