Up for sale today is a very hard to find tractor. It is a late 1968 Oliver 1850 diesel with a long pinion shaft that runs great, serial number 208-337-567. I bought this tractor from the same retired farmer that I bought the 880 I have listed on . He bought the 1850 in 1970 from a local dealer. It has stayed on his 100 acre hobby farm it\'s whole life. The tractor has 4909 total original hours. The rear tires are matching 18.4x34 tires at 60%. The fronts are 9.5Lx15 in nice shape. This tractor came from the factory with a 3 speed, but in the 1990\'s it went bad, and the guy put a straight shaft in it instead of fixing it. All the parts like the 3 speed cooler, and linkages are there to put a 3 speed back in. The tin is nice and straight, and there is no rust on the fenders. The farmer had started to restore the tractor, and was unable to finish it before his health stopped him from finishing all the tin. It has newer seat cushions. All the lights work including all the dash gauge lights!!! With the long pinion shaft, this tractor is all setup to have a 4x4 unit bolted up to it. All the rims are in great shape. This tractor never did any real hard work on the small farm. He only pulled a 4-14 plow with it, and a 14\' digger. The exhaust manifold has been welded, \"like 99.9% of them\".
