This is a vintage Pippa doll with her original body. The joints work well but they are loose. There are a few very tiny cracks above the knees. She has had a total re-root in a beautiful white platinum color. Her long beautiful curls are permanently heat set. Each hair plug has been sewn into the head and has been tightly knotted. I do not use any glue in my re-rooting. Her eyelashes have also been replaced and sewn in. Her face has some fading especially at the nose and she was mostly without any cheek color. I have used an airbrush to replace her cheek blush and also to touch up the faded areas on her nose. I gave her face a light spray of sealer in a matte finish to protect the paint. She is wearing original vintage Pippa blue jeans and a pretty white lacy blouse that is also vintage but I don\'t know if it was made for Pippa or was made for Dawn. The snap could be tightened up a little bit but since the new owner may want to replace the snap with a smaller one, I left it alone. The shoes have holes in the bottoms for a Dawn stand so they are Dawn shoes. They have a little roughness to them from the factory but they are in good condition. Pippa has no unpleasant odors and my home is non-smoking. Please ask any questions before offerding and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for looking!
